| 01. | 2010 DARTMOUTH SUMMER BLAST! ARE YOU READY FOR SOME SOFTBALL!!!! We are excited to announce that at 6:00 pm tonight, the 2010 Dartmouth Summer Blast will begin. This is a U10 and U12 Tournament and we will be hosting 20 teams. This tournament could not have been put together without the help of our Tournament Sponsors and Friends. We are still searching for Volunteers to help through out the weekend. Please contact us if you would like to pitch in! Thank you to all who have stepped up to lend a hand already. |

| 02. | ATTENTION DGAL SOFTBALL PLAYERS!!! FREE BATTING CAGE TIME AT INSIDE THE PARK! - Thats right, FREE!! Thanks to the generosity of Inside the Park, DGAL Softball Players are welcome to use the batting cages in Fall River for the DURATION of the Softball Season! Also, there are free hitting groups of 6 players or more but you must make a reservation. This offer is for players in all divisions! Inside the park is located on 288 Plymouth Avenue in Fall River, MA 02721-4226. Their phone number is (508) 674-0130. This is available M-F 3pm to 8pm and Sat-Sun 10am to 7pm. When you arrive at the Batting Cages, let the person at the counter know you are a DGALl player and you should be able to hit for free! |

The Dartmouth Girls Athletic League is a non-profit organization intended for the enjoyment and participation of young women who are legal residents of the Town of Dartmouth and are in the grade levels of kindergarten through twelfth grade. The DGAL's mission is to promote women's sports in the Town of Dartmouth by developing good players, promoting fun and team spirit, and advocating and teaching good sportsmanship to all players, coaches, parents and fans. |
